- How are the rules if I want to upload music to my WEBSITE?
- If you want to upload music to the Internet - with a view the music subsequently being downloaded or streamed - you will need licence from NCB and your national performing rights society. This applies to all kinds of music - event if it is only fragments of music - and irrespective of you being an individual or a compay.

- What rules apply to distribution of RINGTONES?
- If you want to distribute music as ringtones, you will need a joint ringtones licence from NCB and your national performing rights society. This applies to all kinds of music ringtones. It is the owner of the ringtones service who should apply to take out the licence.
