To ensure that NCB's members receive their royalties, "audit provisions" have been included in all agreements entered into by NCB with producers in the audio, video, multimedia industries and online services.
NCB's auditors make regular visits to producers throughout NCB's area.
Producers and NCB
In most cases, our cooperation with producers is completely problem-free. Producers with standard agreements with NCB are required to undertake a number of administrative procedures. They often make use of NCB's audit visits as a welcome opportunity to resolve any NCB-related problems they may have.
NCB also runs courses for producers' copyright personnel. This ensures that they are equipped to cope as efficiently as possible with their NCB-related work. This saves time both for the producer and NCB.
