To obtain a recording licence you will have to complete an application form and submit it to NCB. This also applies to small quantities - e.g. demo copies.
Click [- application form] in the menu on the left - here you will find a link to the application.
Fill in the form and submit it to NCB and you will receive our invoice covering royalties to the rights owners (= composer, lyricist, arranger, music publisher).
On payment of the invoice you obtain the licence to manufacture the number of copies applied and paid for.
You can only use NCB approved CD/DVD plants for the manufacture of copies.
Click [- licensing terms] in the menu on the left to see the terms that apply when NCB grants you a recording licence.
If you are a resident of Estonia, Iceland, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway or Sweden, please contact your local NCB office.
In our folder you can read about how to clear music rights in audio productions.
