NCB's "Mechanical Licensing Terms - Audio-visual Products" are the applicable terms for the use of music in audio-visual productions.
When NCB's invoice has been paid, you have the right to produce the number of copies you have applied and paid for - provided that you observe all the provisions of the licensing terms.
